Major Responsibilities:Ensures operation of security gates and passenger accessEnsures compound is secure, clear of hazards and debris, and meets all aspects of MARSEC protocolCommunicates delays and provides information to patrons as directed by Captain/mates/supervisorsEnsures assistance to patrons with accessibility needsKey Qualifications:Your application must describe your qualifications as they relate to:Experience in customer service delivery dealing directly with the public and/or staff.
