- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders of our high-volume client through regular communication and exceptional service.
- Understand client needs and identify new business opportunities within the account.
- Coordinate with our project and staffing teams to ensure client requirements are met promptly and efficiently.
- Track sales metrics and report performance to management on a regular basis.
- Participate in the creation and presentation of sales proposals and pitches.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to better serve the client.
- Proven inside sales experience, preferably in staffing or related fields.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage complex client relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
