This role offers a chance to work in a professional kitchen setting and be a part of a team that values excellence and innovation.Key Duties:

Prepare and cook meals according to menu specifications and recipes while maintaining high quality and consistency.
Support a variety of Food & Beverage outlets within the Frobisher Inn, including the restaurant, bar, catering services, banquets, and take-out operations, ensuring each outlet receives timely and properly prepared food items.
Assist with cleaning, sanitizing, and organizing all kitchen areas to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
Stock, rotate, and maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies across all F&B outlets.
Follow all food safety, hygiene, and hotel standards, and work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
