Location: Toronto, ON/Remote
Duration: 4 Months
Payrate: $50 - 58 CAD/Hr. (T4/INC)We are seeking a skilled professional to manage and coordinate incident responses in a dynamic and global enterprise environment. The role requires a proactive individual capable of handling high-pressure situations and ensuring the seamless operation of critical systems.Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in incident management, IT operations, or service management in a global enterprise environment
- Proven experience managing critical P1/P2 incidents, preferably in high-availability or production-support environments
- Strong understanding of ITIL practices, especially Incident, Problem, and Change Management
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills under pressure
- Ability to work effectively across multiple time zones and cultures
- Comfortable with shift-based work, including nights, weekends, and public holidays as required by the on-call rotation; strong organizational and documentation skills
- Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry
- Additional experience in global enterprise incident management or IT operations
- Experience supporting high-availability systems or production environments
- Strong familiarity with ITIL frameworks and cross-functional coordination
- Coordinate and manage incident response activities to ensure timely resolution
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders during incidents
- Document and analyze incident data to identify trends and areas for improvement
