GSK is looking to hire a Professional Relations Manager, Vaccines Specialty to join our Vaccines KAM Leadership Team (VKLT). This role is hybrid, with a mix of remote work and on-site collaboration at our Canadian offices and across the territory. This is a key commercial leadership role responsible for representing GSK’s expanding vaccines portfolio and acting as a strategic partner across Medical, Marketing, Sales, and GAMA functions to accelerate national advocacy and project initiatives.In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic engagement plans with External Experts (EEs), driving advocacy efforts, and collaborating across cross-functional teams to ensure GSK’s portfolio objectives are connected to national and regional healthcare priorities. You will work closely with Medical, Marketing, and Patient Affairs to support commercial and medical strategies, providing insights and recommendations to guide business planning and patient-focused initiatives.How We WorkAs a Professional Relations Manager, you will work in a collaborative and dynamic environment that supports your professional growth by providing:Opportunities to lead a high-performing sales team in the execution of regional business strategiesCross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Medical, and GAMA teams to drive portfolio and advocacy successExposure to external expert engagement, patient advocacy, and clinical insights at a national and international levelRole ResponsibilitiesThe responsibilities of the role will include:Acting as the primary point of contact for Tier 1 External Experts (EEs), providing field-level clinical insights, commercial advice, and consultative support to Medical and commercial teamsProviding strategic and operational guidance to commercial leadership and contributing to strategic business and operational plansCollaborating with Medical to liaise with external subject matter experts in specialty and vaccines-related diseases, including patient management and guideline developmentAdvising Marketing, Medical, and GAMA teams on EEs for strategic projects, such as reimbursement advocacy, patient advocacy group collaborations, medical education programs, clinical development initiatives, and global EE program representationRepresenting GSK Canada at national and international congresses to maintain and strengthen relationships with key external expertsLeading or consulting on objectives for commercial advisory boards or consultancies seeking expert adviceActivating and supporting Patient Advocacy Groups in collaboration with Medical and Patient Affairs, driving awareness, advocacy, and demand for GSK’s portfolioQualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degreeProven experience managing professional relations and strategic engagement with external expertsExperience in multinational companiesBackground in commercial, medical, or marketing roles within the pharmaceutical or vaccines industryBudget management experiencePreferred Qualifications:MBA or advanced degreeExcellent communication (written & verbal), interpersonal influencing, and prioritization skillsDemonstrated ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders and internal cross-functional teamsStrategic thinking capability with strong analytical and presentation skillsWhy GSK?
