- Troubleshooting skills - advanced level required to troubleshoot the solution across Finance & Operations (F&O).
- Must be able to help coordinate vendor management activities
- Create and Maintain D365 F&O Environments
- Create and Maintain D365 Batch Jobs.
- Create and Maintain D365 Indexes.
- Create and Maintain D365 F&O Security Roles.
- Managing the code and data movement between environments. Collaborate with Developers, Integrators, and Business Partners for System Enhancement and upgrades.
- Continue monitoring & fine - tuning performance for D365 instances.
- Help the team ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.
- Managing the security component related to Environment setup.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple simultaneous tasks.
- Manage and maintain system integrations with other internal and external systems
- Assisting with reviewing the architecture, and plans and monitoring the execution of testing
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics D365 Finance and Operations (F&O) modules
- Deep Understanding of Microsoft One Dynamics One Platform Vision and Cross-App Scenarios
- Understanding Extension (Classes, Table, Form, Query, etc.)
- Understanding Integration service (DMF, OData, Custom Service, Webservice)
- Experience with Power Platform and Microsoft Azure (Azure Service Bus, Logic App, Azure Function, Event Grid, Azure SQL Server, Azure Data Lake, Messaging technologies PowerApps, Power Automate, etc.)
- Familiar with Power BI Reporting, Azure Active Directory, Azure Data Lake, Microsoft Fabric, Synapse Link for Dataverse
- Familiar with Azure DevOps
- Familiar with all phases of D365 PO and CE software development life cycle using a combination of Azure DevOps, and Power Platform Admin Center.
- Familiar with Communication Services (SOAP REST, XML, JSON, EDI)
- Familiar with Version Control (Azure DevOps, GIT, TFVS)
- Familiar with Azure API technologies (APIM) & Postman
