The Service Advisor is the primary point of contact between our customers and service department. You’ll be responsible for scheduling service work, explaining recommended and required services, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and answer service inquiries
- Explain service recommendations, timelines, and costs
- Sell recommended maintenance and related services
- Communicate effectively with technicians
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Resolve customer concerns professionally
- Perform general office and administrative duties
- Previous dealership Service Advisor experience is required
- Sales experience is considered an asset
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with automotive systems
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask
- Professional attitude with a strong work ethic
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (9-hour shifts)
- Rotational Saturdays every 2nd to 3rd week
This is a non-management position
This is a full time position
