- Personal or family/caregiver experience with TeleHealth Services (Nova Scotia 811, Prince Edward Island 811, Tobacco Free Nova Scotia) within the last 12 months.
- Community or organization partner representative, whose members utilize or refer to TeleHealth services.
- Be 18 years of age or older.
- Can look at issues from more than one point of view.
- Can share honest points of view in a respectful way.
- Be reflective of the diverse populations and perspectives in our community.
- Previous volunteer experience is an asset.
- Interested in making a positive contribution to health care services.
- Sign a confidentiality agreement.
- Provide a Criminal Background Check (completed within the past 12 months) or be willing to obtain one.
- Declare any potential conflicts of interest.
- Be available to attend daytime business hours meetings in Dartmouth with the option of attending remotely by video/teleconference.
- Be able to commit to attend (3-4) meetings annually. Individuals can live anywhere geographically within Nova Scotia or PEI
