$110K–$150K (based on experience) + Vehicle Allowance + BenefitsA reputable ICI General Contractor is looking to add an experienced Site Superintendent to support upcoming and ongoing ground-up commercial construction projects in the Niagara region. This is an opportunity to join a stable builder with a strong pipeline of work and long-term growth potential.The Role
The Site Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing all on-site construction activities on large-scale commercial projects. The ideal candidate is a strong field leader with experience managing trades, maintaining safety and quality standards, and driving projects forward in a structured, organized manner.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day site operations from start through completionCoordinate subcontractors and suppliers while enforcing health and safety requirementsMaintain construction schedules and ensure project milestones are achievedWork closely with the Project Manager, consultants, inspectors, and internal teamsMonitor quality control and ensure work meets drawings and specificationsBuild and maintain strong working relationships with subcontractors and stakeholdersWhat We’re Looking For5–10+ years of experience as a Site Superintendent on ICI new-build projectsExperience on large commercial developments (retail, industrial, institutional, or similar)Strong understanding of construction sequencing, including structure, envelope, and interiorsProven leadership, communication, and organizational skillsValid health & safety certifications (WHMIS, Working at Heights, Supervisor H&S, etc.)
