
Corporate Services Clerk

- Draft corporate documents, including resolutions and changes to directors and officers
- Prepare and file documentation with the Alberta Corporate Registry and other jurisdictions as required
- Accurately enter and maintain entity records in the corporate database and document management systems
- Ensure precision and consistency in all tasks, demonstrating a strong commitment to accuracy
- Perform general administrative duties as needed
- CORES Level 1 certification is an asset, but not mandatory
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Legal Assistant Certificate or Diploma, or 1-2 years of experience in a legal or administrative environment
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
