Our client, a business technology solutions company, is seeking a permanent, full-time and on-site People and Culture Manager to join their team. In this role, will be supporting business leaders and technical delivery teams across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong business acumen, well-versed in HR policies and procedures, and possess a collaborative approach, which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: People and Culture Manager
Location: Vancouver, BC
Pay Range: $75,000 - $100,000 per yearWhat's the Job?
  • Lead end-to-end people and culture initiatives, with a strong focus on supporting organizational growth and change
  • Play a key role in mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence support, employee integration, and change management
  • Partner with leaders in technical and consulting teams to revamp existing HR policies, as well as introduce new policies that are aligned to business objectives
  • Oversee core HR programs including performance management, employee relations, talent development, and engagement
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and continuously evolve people practices to support a scaling organization
What's Needed?
  • Previous HR leadership experience, ideally within a technical services, IT consulting, or professional services environment
  • Hands-on experience supporting mergers and acquisitions, including post-merger integration
  • Strong knowledge of Canadian employment law and HR best practices
  • Ability to influence and advise senior leaders in a fast-paced, change-driven environment
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
