  • Process invoices: recording, coding, managing receipt, and payments
  • Actively participate in month-end journal entries and the preparation of financial statements
  • Conduct monthly analysis of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and outstanding checks
  • Verify and reconcile account statements
  • Issue and send invoices and account statements to clients
  • Prepare bank deposits and record them in the system
  • Follow up on and collect accounts receivable
  • Manage payments received, including credit card payments
  • Perform any other related tasks necessary for the smooth operation of the department

  • Relevant education: DEC in Administrative Techniques or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Tech-savvy: strong understanding of IT systems related to accounting applications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn new tools
  • Independence and sense of responsibility: you take ownership of your tasks and know how to prioritize effectively
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to synthesize information and solve problems
