- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards that deliver clear operational, sustainability, and business performance insights
- Gather business requirements and translate them into effective data models, DAX calculations, and visual reports
- Analyze collection, routing, recycling, and disposal data to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
- Lead the development and implementation of AI-powered chatbots to improve customer service, reduce call volumes, and streamline internal workflows
- Collaborate with operations, engineering, and IT teams to scope AI and automation use cases (e.g., smart routing optimization, load forecasting, customer self-service)
- Support the evaluation and integration of AI/ML models for predictive analytics, including reducing equipment downtime and improving sustainability KPIs
- Communicate complex technical findings in clear, business-friendly language to executives and cross-functional teams
- Stay current on emerging AI, chatbot, and data visualization technologies to inform our digital strategy
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Information Systems, Environmental Science, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with significant exposure to data visualization and AI projects
- Proven experience creating advanced Power BI dashboards, including data modeling, DAX, and UX best practices
- Familiarity with chatbot development platforms (e.g., Microsoft Power Virtual Agents, Dialogflow, Azure Bot Service) and basic prompt engineering
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation
- Proficiency in Python for data analysis, automation scripting, or AI/ML model integration
- Strong communication skills with a demonstrated ability to align technical solutions with business needs
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, or environmental services
- Knowledge of sustainability metrics and ESG reporting frameworks
- Experience with Quickbase for workflow automation or custom applications
- Familiarity with R or AI/ML platforms such as Azure Machine Learning or AWS SageMaker
- Exposure to geospatial data analysis or IoT-enabled waste management systems
- Understanding of responsible AI practices, including bias mitigation and ethical chatbot design
