- Work with a combination of internally developed tools and third-party solutions, including Retool and other AI-powered services, to deliver scalable and efficient internal systems.
- Rapidly prototype and build internal tools for a variety of functions across the company.
- Work closely with internal users to uncover pain points and inefficiencies in their daily workflows to drive impactful improvements.
- Participate in the on-call rotation and help ensure it remains sustainable for the team.
- π 5+ years of experience in an Full Stack engineering, Internal Tooling, or Platform Engineering role with a proven track record of delivering impactful improvements.
- Deep understanding of process engineering, system design, and optimising workflows.
- Passion for improving efficiency and driving measurable business outcomes through technical excellence.
- Experience with technologies like Kubernetes, Datadog, AWS Cloud, PostgreSQL, Terraform, ArgoCD, and Node.js.
- Background in building FinTech infrastructure or understanding the unique challenges in this space.
- Passion for improving internal developer documentation and knowledge sharing.
- Familiarity with Bitcoin and excitement to learn more.
