The successful candidate will conduct comprehensive reviews and evaluations of existing revenue operations systems in order to identify improvement opportunities. They will plan and execute feasibility studies by creating detailed project proposals and impact analyses. The Business Analyst will elicit, document, and validate business requirements, translating them into clear system requirements, and will lead system implementation and installation efforts by coordinating cross-functionally to ensure timely delivery. In this role, the incumbent will diagnose functional and technical issues of revenue equipment, develop effective solutions in collaboration with TTC stakeholders, troubleshoot daily operational challenges across multiple systems, and recommend maintenance best practices. As the subject matter expert for all Revenue Operations tools and processes, the Business Analyst will provide guidance and training to staff. - Completion of a college certificate or university degree in a business-related field or the equivalent, combined with several years of directly related work experience.
- Experience and knowledge of financial and cost accounting principles
- Proven strategic planning, risk and change management experience
- People management and leadership skills with the willingness and ability to persuade and impart dynamic concepts, develop consensus, and influence and motivate others to achieve high performance levels
- Must have a valid, non-probationary class āGā driver's license issued by the Province of Ontario
- Must be able to pass Canadian Police Information Centre (CPIC) and financial clearances, as directed by the Revenue Operations Loss Prevention section
- Must have or rapidly acquire a comprehensive knowledge of the Ontario Human Rights Code and Related Orders including disability accommodation and accessibility requirements pertaining to passengers and employees.
