- Own end-to-end interview coordination and candidate communications (50%), ensuring accurate scheduling and a seamless experience
- Maintain ATS and scheduling tool accuracy (Greenhouse, GoodTime) (20%) including interview plans, hiring teams, permissions, and templates
- Coordinate background checks and manage offer-stage workflows (15%) through onboarding handoff
- Identify process gaps and drive operational improvements (10%), surfacing friction points and recommending solutions
- Support recruiting programs and cross-functional initiatives (5%) that improve efficiency and scalability beyond day-to-day coordination
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or recruiting operations
- Ideally based in the United States (Central or Eastern time zone preferred)
- Must haves: Experience with Greenhouse and Goodtime
- Nice to Haves: Experience with tools like Gem, Notion, Airtable, or similar systems
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
