- Support LEG Business Partners with a range of administrative tasks, including digital unit setup, records management, quote review, and inventory management to ensure smooth operations and procedural compliance
- Oversee telematics providers, ensuring accurate billing and effective data management
- Manage unit setup and removal within online dashboards, maintaining accurate records and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner
- Contribute to special projects focused on technology, sustainability, and innovation initiatives
- Provide administrative support while leveraging expertise to achieve project objectives and drive organizational improvements
- Act as a resource for junior coordinators, offering guidance and support on administrative processes and business unit–specific information
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar environment
- Experience working with enterprise management software systems
- Strong technical reading and writing skills
- Background in construction, manufacturing, mechanical, or equipment-related roles
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively
- Technical knowledge of, or experience with, heavy equipment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with JD Edwards or a similar ERS system is considered an asset
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
