Whether in a residential, commercial, institutional, or hospitality environment, ATSI is able to assist clients with their telecommunications installation needs.
Reporting to the Control Center Manager, the Dispatch Associate will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks to support the dispatch of telecommunications technicians.Main responsibilities:Provide administrative and clerical support quickly and accurately.Dispatch telecommunications technicians by email and/or phone for work across Canada.Manage emails, phone calls or requests.Learn, interpret and apply the organization's policies, rules and regulations.Maintain and organize document files.Assist other staff members with office tasks as required.Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by supervisor or manager.Required knowledge and experience:Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.Excellent computer skills, experience with Microsoft Office.Ability to work under pressure with focus on deadlines, initiative and minimal supervision.Experience in administration and distribution is an asset.Flexible working hours, including evenings and/or weekends.The expected pay range for this position is $20.00 to $24.00/hourAecon fosters diversity, inclusion and belonging within and across our organization.
