As a member of the Moncton team, this individual will learn and use WCSC processes and daily management systems to challenge current practices and implement/sustain improvements.What You’ll Be Brewing:

Operate packaging, brewhouse, or laboratory equipment under the guiding principles of Safety the Molson Coors Way and World Class Supply Chain.
Continue with the implementation of Quality & Food Safety programs to ensure compliance to global QFS standards and regulatory requirements.
Maintain equipment under the umbrella of the Moncton brewery's asset care program.
Provide technical knowledge to the brewery teams based on personal skillset and prior experience working in a similar brewery.
Participate in problem solving and clean-up activities.
Assist in the analysis, and investigation of product complaints until resolutions formulation, implementation, and closure of corrective measures

Key Ingredients:

3-5 Years of relevant experience
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment as a technician or skilled trade
