Our client is looking for an experienced Corporate Paralegal/Legal Assistant. We are seeking a corporate legal assistant who is customer service focused. The successful candidate must be able to work under tight deadlines and have a willingness to learn and be flexible.What you will be doing:
  • Assist in all areas of Corporations, including and not limited to Annual Returns, Incorporations, Extra-Provincial Corporations, Re-organizations, Amalgamations and preparation of Minute Books;
What you must have:Minimum of two years related work experienceCORES experience would be considered an Asset. In the absence of CORES certification, a willingness to obtain Level 1 and Level 2 CORES certification;Experience with Esilaw 360/Unity is desirable and proficient in Microsoft Office applicationsExcellent attention to detail; * Personal and approachable, with strong verbal and written communication skills.Salary/Rate Range: $60,000 -$90,000 depending on experience and fit.Other Information:
