Your strong observation skills with attention to detail are your greatest strengths.As a Surveillance Security Guard, you will be the person spotting threats before they escalate in environments such as security operation centres, call centers, construction sites, parking lots and gatehouses, etc.What's in it for you?

Responsibilities for Industrial Security Guard
  • Monitor security systems to detect any suspicious activity
  • Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
  • Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports
  • Conduct regular foot patrols to ensure the safety of the premises
  • Control access to secure areas and check visitor identification
  • Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions
  • Collaborate with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies
Qualifications for Industrial Security Guard
  • Be authorized to work full-time in Canada
  • Hold a valid security license
  • Hold a valid BC driver's license Class 5 with a clean abstract
  • First aid certification is an asset
  • Strong report writing skills
  • Good eyesight and excellent ability to maintain focus
  • Strong proficiency with technology
  • Ability to stand and walk throughout shift
