Reporting into the Collab Manager, the Collab Coordinator will be responsible for:MATERIAL MANAGEMENT & COPY DIRECTION:
- Developing 1-pagers and proactive media materials for The Kit based on new productization and take-to-market strategies;
- Building decks and proposals for clients and reps in InDesign and PPT, with strategy guidance from the Collab Manager;
- Writing copy for mock-ups and creative ideas, built and developed with the Collab Designer;
- Updating media kits and materials as needed, loading them onto internal systems for company access;
- Supporting sales on pulling relevant examples and materials for their clients, as requested;
- Executing launches in alignment to the 3-year revenue plan, as directed by the Collab Manager.
- Collaborating with project managers and campaign teams at The Kit, Toronto Star and Metroland to ensure that sold campaigns have all materials and assets ready for project success;
- Liaising with the relevant teams in an organized, consistent way;
- Maintaining systems and trackers with the Collab team.
- Tracking innovative marketing and event executions and presenting concepts to Collab team;
- Developing innovative new collab ideas that can be pitched to a variety of clients;
- Prospecting new clients and cross-check against internal CRMs and the accounts lists for actionable next steps.
- Intern or coordinator experience in media or at an agency (ad or PR);
- Brand experience in social media;
- Intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, with focus on Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
- Intermedia knowledge of InDesign is a plus.
