- Monitor and control cabinetmaking project costs: analyze variances between actual costs and budgets, detect deviations, and recommend adjustments.
- Develop, update, and monitor management dashboards (performance indicators, project margins, profitability, etc.).
- Participate in project financial planning in collaboration with project managers and production teams.
- Reconcile project-related cash flows, including receipts, disbursements, and advances.
- Control intercompany financial flows: ensure accuracy, compliance, and proper monitoring between the various group entities.
- Collaborate with the purchasing department to ensure consistency between purchase orders, invoices, and projected costs.
- Support the continuous improvement of financial management tools and internal control processes.
- Work with management to provide ad hoc analyses to facilitate strategic decision-making.
You have 2 to 3 years of accounting experience.Your profile:
You are proficient in costing, budget management, and internal control principles.
You are comfortable with Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, etc.) and have a good understanding of an ERP system.
You are rigorous, autonomous, analytical, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
