- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities
- Ensure adherence to schedules and delivery targets
- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance
- Enforce safety protocols and conduct toolbox talks
- Perform in-process quality checks and resolve defects
- Assign tasks and train operators and technicians
- Promote teamwork and continuous improvement
- Report on output, scrap rates, and downtime
- Diploma or degree in engineering or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in PV or glass systems
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience
- Knowledge of glass and facade manufacturing processes
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead and motivate diverse teams
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and MS Office
