Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a smooth and positive interaction for customers as they navigate the collision repair process.What drives your day-to-day?
- Answer customer calls and provide answers to questions accordingly with respect to their insurance claim(s)
- Outbound calls to customers to schedule appointments (Estimates and Repairs)
- Outbound calls to customers with status updates
- Assist with customer appointment check-ins and customer deliveries
- Update internal systems with detailed/accurate notes
- Assist with accounts receivable
- Assist with in person customer service as well as office work
- High School Diploma
- Experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the automotive industry
- Knowledge of Body Shop Connect, Repair Centre, Mitchel Connect, or Progi would be an asset
- Experience with Excel
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and a safe driving history
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
