- Receive and action warm leads submitted by field technicians via Formstack and contact customers to continue sales conversations and close opportunities.
- Drive revenue growth by increasing conversion rates and supporting field technician sales performance.
- Qualify, close, and validate sales in accordance with ATSI and client requirements, including confirmation of installation completion and/or SIM activation.
- Track daily RGU counts and Closed Sales using internal trackers and client system data.
- Analyze sales metrics, conversion trends, and performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Liaise with technicians, Field Supervisors, Prime Managers, and customers to ensure timely follow-up and issue resolutions.
- Support performance reviews and provide actionable, results-focused insights to improve individual and team outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Operations, and Finance, to ensure alignment with KPIs and reporting standards.
- Perform additional duties as required to support operational efficiency and business objectives.
- Prior experience in sales coordination, customer engagement, or performance-driven administrative roles preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and trends.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
- Experience working with field-based or operational teams is an asset.
