As the Security Sales Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business development and expanding market presence by building strong client relationships and delivering tailored security solutions.Business Development & Prospecting
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities across target industries, generating a consistent pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Take a “hunter” approach to sales by opening doors, initiating conversations, and converting prospects into long-term clients.
Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain meaningful, trust-based relationships with clients by understanding their unique needs and challenges.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, presenting customized exterior security solutions that deliver long-term value.
Sales Strategy & Execution
  • Leverage market knowledge and sales expertise to develop and execute strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through to closing, ensuring a seamless and professional client experience.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with internal Sales and Operations teams to ensure solutions are aligned with client requirements and delivered effectively.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment focused on achieving shared goals and maintaining high service standards.
Market Expansion & Brand Representation
  • Strengthen the company's presence in the BC market by consistently pursuing new opportunities and building credibility.
  • Represent the organization with professionalism, reinforcing its reputation for innovation, reliability, and excellence.
QualificationsTo succeed in this role, candidates should demonstrate:Education & Experience:
  • Post-secondary education in Business, Sales, or a related field is an asset.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, with a strong track record of generating new business and achieving targets.
Technical Skills:
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM systems, and pipeline management.
  • Experience or familiarity with security solutions or related industries is considered an asset.
Key Competencies:
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a proactive, results-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a consultative sales approach.
  • Strong ability to take initiative, manage momentum, and consistently pursue new opportunities.
Compensation
