- Be closely engaged with and serve clients on a wide variety of local, national and international projects
- Work closely with clients and the engagement team to develop exceptional tax planning ideas and solutions to achieve our client’s business objectives
- Be a leader in the management and development of our growing tax practice
- Assist clients manage their income tax planning, implementation and compliance requirements including complex PHB corporate, personal, and trust matters
- Identify, develop and pursue new opportunities for assisting clients with value added-on tax services
- Provide exceptional client service
- Stay attuned and respond to new legislation, interpretations and market factors that impact our clients
- Coach and mentor professional staff
- Prepare and present information to clients, colleagues and other professionals
- You’ve completed the CPA Canada In-Depth Tax Course, or have a Masters of Taxation degree
- Substantive expertise with the tax-related aspects of succession, trust and estate matters gained as one element of providing corporate and personal tax planning and compliance services to privately held businesses
- Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional client service
- Ability to develop, present and apply new ideas, creative approaches and innovative solutions.
