- Provide project management assistance and project controls support throughout the life-cycle of a project from proposal through to project closeout.
- Ensure compliance with project management standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
- Facilitate communication across teams and external stakeholders.
- Interface with corporate project accounting to open and close projects.
- Support the development and maintenance of the project budget structure.
- Support project managers in preparing work plans
- Track project budgets, costs, and forecasts, and identify variances.
- Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and KPIs for internal and client reporting.
- Support earned value analysis, risk management, and performance tracking.
- Review contract requirements for contract fee types, invoicing procedures, insurance requirements, customer survey submission, and subcontractor information.
- Review subconsultant and subcontractor contracts and coordinate contract reviews with Project Managers and Corporate Leg
- Support project managers in management of the change process
- BS degree required
- 8+ years’ experience as a Project Administrator, Project Management Assistant, or Project Coordinator required
- Experience with project KPIs and financials required
- Advanced level skills in Excel required
- Strong financial/general accounting experience, business math experience
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Experience working in a similar capacity within the AEC industry highly preferred
- Intermediate skills in Power BI- interactive data visualization software, or similar preferred
- PMP certification a plus

Salary Range: $85,000 - $92,000
