The primary duties and responsibilities will be to perform work in accordance with the essential job activities.What You Will Do

Receive, enter and process customer orders
Process scrap orders
Disposition and distribution of non-warrantable and customer approved orders
Daily log updates
Production reporting
Assist with training as needed
Identify, assist, and troubleshoot with technicians, management and customers with order investigations as needed
Sort and distribute incoming product
Ship confirmation of orders
Assist with non-warrantable as needed
Practice 6S and safety
Take appropriate action for continuous quality improvement and customer satisfaction
Able to react to change effectively and handle other tasks as assigned

What You Will Bring

High School or GED diploma required
Experience in shipping and receiving required (prefer experience in manufacturing)
Basic math skill and computer skills required
Excellent 10 key and typing skills
Ability to perform repetitive motions.
Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds
