
Analyst Senior, Quality Assurance

- Develop strong relationships with the Supplier's Quality Leadership team.
- Evaluate the quality performance of suppliers and define improvement plan objectives.
- Support source inspection at the suppliers (frequent traveling).
- Plan and validate first article inspection.
- Participate in investigations for supplier quality issues, initiate corrective actions, and containment plans.
- Participate in different governance activities and lead Quality reviews with the suppliers.
- Manage complex quality issues while maintaining strong relationships internally and with the supplier.
- Provide technical support and follow-up on quality deliverables.
- You possess a bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Science, or a related field, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in Quality and/or Manufacturing, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, preferably in the aerospace or automotive industry.
- You must have the ability to work with minimal supervision, be a team player, and demonstrate initiative, leadership, and good communication and interpersonal skills..
- You must be available to travel outside of Canada on short notice.
- Experience with manufacturing and assembly of components with GD&T (geometric dimensioning and tolerancing).
- Advanced problem resolution and project management experience.
- Knowledge of aviation regulations and related quality standards.
- You have good oral and technical writing skills in English and French are required
