About Our ClientOur client, one of Canada's leading HR solution company is looking for a Bilingual Payroll Compliance Analyst to join their fast-growing team on a remote basis. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with potential for advancement. Reporting to the manager, you will primarily be responsible for end-to-end payroll processing for your portfolio of clients.Key Responsibilities Include:

First point of contact for members with any questions, discrepancies, and concerns regarding their membership
Conduct payroll market research including salary bands, government legislation, etc.
Support and manage clients with payroll inquiries
Support clients with any reconciliation, training, or ad hoc reports

Qualifications:

5+ years of end-to-end payroll experience including the reporting piece
Bilingual(English and French)
Processing payroll for Ontario, Quebec, and two other provinces
Must have at least one of three designations: PCP, PLP, CPM
Asset if you experience processing unionized and nonunionized experience
Big assets if you've worked with a payroll service provider
Strong interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of MS Excel
