- Demonstrate a strong personal commitment to safety.
- Follow all safety protocols, report incidents, and proactively address unsafe behaviours.
- Set up and maintain project timesheet systems, including charge codes, WBS structures, and budgets.
- Collect, validate, and consolidate progress and work‑hour data (including JV partner hours when applicable).
- Establish and maintain EPCM performance measurement baselines, including hour/cost estimates and progress curves.
- Generate, verify, and distribute EPCM performance reports, ensuring data accuracy and resolving discrepancies.
- Maintain EPCM staffing plans.
- Collaborate with discipline leads to forecast hours‑to‑go and estimate at completion based on performance trends.
- Ensure EPCM budgets and forecasts align with project change and trend registers.
- Tertiary qualification in engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent project experience.
- 3 to 8 years of related experience
- Experience working in a multidisciplinary project environment.
- Knowledge of change and trend management, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and estimating.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with MS Office; SAP experience is an asset.
- Understanding of EPCM principles and ability to interpret incentive agreements.
- Strong time management, planning, and organizational skills.
