- Coordinate and oversee creative requests: manage triage, scheduling, work assignments, and ensure timely delivery of creative materials within budget.
- Support creative operations strategy: assist the Creative Studio Manager with project planning, process improvements and recommendations that increase efficiency and impact.
- Foster collaboration and communication: build strong cross-functional relationships, clear obstacles, negotiate timelines and maintain effective communication to drive project success.
- Support teams across the Creative Studio: collaborate with Social Media, Brand, and other teams as needed, helping coordinate priorities and ensure alignment. You'll also play a key role in supporting leadership with the coordination of high-level projects and initiatives.
- Track, analyze and report performance: compile feedback and data to measure outcomes of creative activities, prepare monthly/quarterly/annual reports, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Contribute to a high-performing team culture: harness your creative know-how to steer operations, foster strong partnerships, and keep communication clear and effective, ensuring every project runs smoothly and delivers results that supercharge our team's impact.

- University degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field from a recognized academic institution.
- Two (2) to five (5) years of related experience in an agency or in-house creative team environment.
- An equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered.
- Demonstrated project management experience, with advanced knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Basecamp, Monday.com, Asana, or similar).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and manage relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong planning, organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills, with a proven ability to meet goals and performance indicators.

- This role will work in a hybrid environment with requirements to be onsite at 1800 Alta Vista Drive, Ottawa, Ontario 40% of the time/days of the week.
- Shift/hours - Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week, 7.5 hours a day.
