- Proven success leading multiple kitchens in a high-volume, casual dining environment
- A natural ability to coach, influence, and elevate others
- Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of cost controls and operational metrics
- A hands-on leadership style-visible, credible, and respected in the kitchen
- A passion for consistency, systems, and doing things the right way
- The agility and drive to move between locations and maintain high standards everywhere
- Base salary $80,000 $85,000+, with performance-based incentives
