SummaryA trusted, iconic Canadian restaurant brand is seeking a Regional Kitchen Manager to lead, inspire, and elevate back-of-house operations across multiple high-volume locations on Vancouver Island. This is more than an operations role - it's an opportunity to shape culture, build leaders, and influence the consistency and quality of a well-established brand at scale. For the right individual, this role offers the chance to move beyond a single kitchen and leave a lasting imprint across an entire region. This role calls for a dynamic culinary leader who thrives on momentum-someone who sees kitchens not just as operations, but as environments where people grow, standards are lived, and execution becomes a point of pride. The Regional Kitchen Manager will act as both coach and operator: developing strong Kitchen Managers, reinforcing high standards, and ensuring every guest experience is consistently exceptional. With multiple sites under their leadership, this individual will bring clarity, discipline, and energy to every kitchen they step into.Contact Carmen MacKeage at or submit your resume in confidence below.Description
