- 2-3 years’ experience in an HR Business Partner or Generalist role
- Bachelor’s Degree or Human Resources Certificate (CPHR preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to effectively convey information and build relationships Demonstrated experience with full-cycle recruitment
- Strong foundation in HR best practices and scope of accountabilities associated within the HR function
- Proven ability to think strategically and translate business objectives into HR initiatives
- Exceptional attention to detail and proven ability to effortlessly prioritize work based on business demands and requirements with the ability to work independently
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to work in an extremely fast-paced environment in a high-growth business
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, ability to effectively convey information and build relationships
- Strong project management skills with a demonstrated ability to multi-task
- Self-starter who is flexible and able to take initiative
- Able to maintain confidentiality at all times
- Ability to communicate in French, both written and oral
- Experience administering disability management programs
- Experience creating training and development programs
