House 38Lifting, transferring and personal supports will be required.We are three young men sharing a home and looking for a Community Support Worker who would enjoy connecting them to all the exciting opportunities available to them in the community. Both of us require physical and personal supports and we both rely on a wheelchair for our mobility.Monday to Friday: 3pm to 10pm 35 awake /zero sleep hrs per week.
