We're representing a rising construction manager who's making waves across the Greater Toronto Area by securing some of the city's most iconic and complex projects.As they continue to grow, we're looking for a builder of schedules, not just a manager of timelines. This is a unique opportunity for someone with a big-project mindset to take the lead on scheduling for landmark developments that span the ICI sector.If you're passionate about shaping the future skyline of Toronto and thrive on complex projects that demand innovative scheduling strategies, we want to hear from you.Duties include but are not limited to:

Developing and maintaining detailed project schedules for high-value design-build projects
Collaborating closely with project teams to ensure timelines align with strategic goals
Identifying potential scheduling risks and offering solutions to keep projects on track
Leveraging innovative tools and methodologies to enhance efficiency across all scheduling activities

About You

You're a builder of schedules, not someone who passively maintains them
You understand that on large, complex ICI projects, the schedule is a strategic tool, not an administrative exercise
You bring a big project mindset, with experience contributing to projects in the $300M+ range
You're comfortable working within design build and progressive design build delivery models
You know how to translate construction sequencing, design coordination, and site realities into executable schedules
You collaborate naturally with project teams and can challenge assumptions when the schedule demands it
You're analytical, detail driven, and disciplined, without losing sight of the critical path and broader project objectives
You see scheduling as an essential part of building landmark work, not a back office function

About the Job

Location: Toronto, Ontario
Salary: $130,000 to $160,000
