Design scalable, secure Dynamics 365 CE solutions across Sales and Customer Service
Lead architecture and design workshops with business and technology stakeholders
Define CRM integration patterns, data models, and security architecture
Act as technical authority for CRM platforms, ensuring upgrade-safe, Microsoft-recommended solutions
Own solution delivery including design, build, integrations, data migration, and deployments
Drive DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and environment governance
Support presales, solution shaping, and proof-of-concept initiatives
Mentor technical teams and promote best practicesRequired Skills & Experience12-14 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Sales & Customer Service)
Strong expertise in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, PCF)
Experience with CRM Online and On-Prem deployments
Strong integration experience using Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, API Management)
Experience with API-led integrations, MuleSoft, REST, OData, and third-party systems
Hands-on experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, Dataverse, plugins, and workflows
Data migration experience including data mapping and profiling; Azure Data Factory preferred
Knowledge of Power BI and enterprise reporting strategies
Strong understanding of CRM security, identity, and access management
Experience working in Agile / DevOps delivery modelsPreferred QualificationsExperience in Healthcare (Payer/Provider) domain
