
Senior Advisor, Growth Marketing

- Accountable for end-to-end project management of all campaigns and projects, delivering campaigns on time and budget, and keeping stakeholders informed of progress, risks, and dependencies along the way
- Support the Growth Marketing Manager & Director, by aiding in the development of marketing strategy, providing thoughtful recommendations as to how to achieve business plan goals
- Lead the development, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across digital platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta), ensuring alignment with performance marketing KPIs such as CPL, ROAS, and conversion rates
- Assist in developing target market segmentation and customer profiles
- Analyze marketing and customer data to enhance marketing effectiveness
- Monitor and analyze paid media performance metrics to inform budget allocation, audience targeting, and creative optimization, leveraging tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Looker Studio
- Use third-party marketing data products to support revenue growth and account-based marketing (ABM) programs
- Execute omni-channel marketing campaigns that align with business unit goals
- Work with internal teams to deploy and optimize demand generation and ABM strategies
- Support marketing, BD/sales, and customer-facing activities to engage and nurture customer relationships
- Measure and report on the ROI of marketing investments to support decision-making
- Build strong working relationships with business unit teams and shared services
- Partner with external vendors and agencies to enhance marketing execution
- Facilitate communication and coordination across different functions to ensure unified marketing efforts
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders based on market insights, industry best practices, data-driven analytics, and emerging applications of AI in marketing
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex projects into compelling blog narratives and content pieces
- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a growth or performance marketing role
- Proficiency with ad platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta ads Manager) and performance tracking tools
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
