We focus on data, performance, and measurable growth.We are looking for a results-driven Growth Manager to lead and scale our paid media efforts.Role OverviewThe Growth Manager will be responsible for driving user acquisition, managing paid media campaigns, and optimizing performance across multiple traffic channels. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with strong media buying experience and a passion for scaling profitable campaigns.Search arbitrage experience is a strong asset.This role is remote-friendly but candidates must be based in Vancouver, BC.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Native, etc.)Manage and scale advertising budgets with a strong focus on ROI and ROASDevelop and execute growth strategies to increase revenue and acquisitionMonitor and optimize key metrics: CPA, CAC, ROAS, LTVConduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and targetingAnalyze campaign data and generate performance insightsIdentify and test new traffic sources and scaling opportunitiesSearch Arbitrage (Plus):Execute and scale search arbitrage campaignsOptimize keyword bidding strategies and monetization funnelsMonitor CPC trends and traffic qualityRequirementsMinimum 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or media buyingProven experience managing paid ad campaigns and budgetsStrong analytical and data-driven mindsetExperience with Google Ads and at least one other paid platformFamiliarity with tracking and analytics tools (GA4, Voluum, RedTrack, etc.)Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environmentNice to HaveSearch arbitrage experienceAffiliate marketing backgroundExperience in AdTech or performance-driven environmentsCRO and landing page optimization experienceCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary (based on experience)Performance-based bonus opportunitiesRemote flexibility (Vancouver-based candidates only)Opportunity to grow within a scaling media companyPay: CA$60,000.00 - CA$120,000.00 per year
