Job Title: Executive Assistant to the DirectorLocation: Coquitlam, BC | HybridSalary: $80,000 – $100,000Company Overview:Our client is a well-established construction services firm delivering high-quality projects and exceptional client service. They are seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Director in a high-impact, first-ever EA role. This position offers the opportunity to become a key member of the leadership team and help shape executive operations.Role Overview:The Executive Assistant will serve as the Director’s right hand, managing communications, schedules, and operational priorities. This position requires a proactive, highly organized professional capable of representing the Director with discretion and professionalism.Key Responsibilities:Manage the Director’s calendar, meetings, and appointmentsDraft, review, and manage correspondence, emails, and documentsAct as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholdersPrepare materials for meetings, presentations, and reportsOrganize and maintain confidential files and recordsSupport operational initiatives and special projectsAnticipate the Director’s needs and proactively address prioritiesAssist with travel arrangements and expense reporting as neededQualifications & Skills:Experience supporting senior leadership in an Executive Assistant roleStrong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProfessionalism, discretion, and high confidentiality standardsAbility to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other productivity toolsIndustry experience in construction or related services is a strong assetWhy This Role is Unique:
