- Highlight the needs of the consumer and convince them of the benefits of selling our products by using trade promotion elements, the scientific knowledge base by informing them about the qualities of our products, using and showcasing the company’s service.
- Sell and track orders in compliance with the commercial terms.
- Enforce and optimize trade agreements.
- With staff visited retail outlets, promote, advise, and assist in the resale of product based on their advantages over the competition.
- Propose and set up activations to promote the sale of Avene, Klorane, Ducray and Rene Furterer products (information, training, merchandising, business management consulting).
- Being the interface with the customer between different functions including sales support, merchandising, product focus activations and training.
- Develop and maintain a good knowledge of its geographical area, particularly through sales analysis to detect targets and growth potential.
- Follow all the aspect of administrative monitoring of each client (business cooperation, specific contracts …) Adjust customer disputes (unpaid …) in connection with the sales administration.
- Participate in events (lounge, congresses, seminars …) where their presence is required to promote the image and Company’s products.
- Organize and plan daily activity by working plans and scheduled visit by ensuring an effective and regular monitoring of the territory.
- Perform timely all reporting and progress reports requested by the company.
- Utilize CRM program and related tools to maintain account records, record call activity, present, communicate, input, and transmit orders, and increase overall performance of account and field activity.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in skin care/cosmetic sales.
- Experience in cosmetic/dermatological pharmacy retail sales (knowledge of large pharmacy chains an asset).
- Experience in the management of territory and representation.
- Experience in cross selling technique among multiple products.
- English essential
- Must live within the territory, Halifax area preferred.
- Must be available for overnight stay (about 4-5 days per month)
- Valid driver's license - Class 5 (auto)
- Proven skills to meet and exceed the objectives.
- Computer Skills (Microsoft Office / Outlook)
