- Managing calendars, booking meetings, and tracking important deadlines
- Preparing and formatting letters, documents, and internal memos
- Organizing, maintaining, and archiving digital and physical files
- Coordinating travel arrangements and preparing expense reports
- Ensuring smooth communication between team members, clients, and other stakeholders
- Assisting other team members when neededWhat You Bring:- A diploma or certificate in office administration or an equivalent field
- At least 3 years of administrative experience (professional services or corporate environment is a plus)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
