
Business Intelligence Analyst

- Create and maintain dashboards for key fleet KPIs, including:
- Utilization (fleet activity percentage, distance traveled, number of trips per vehicle)
- Costs (cost/km, fuel efficiency, total cost of ownership)
- Repair and maintenance (scheduled vs. unscheduled, downtime, maintenance costs)
- Safety and compliance (accident rates, CVOR/PEVL scores, driver violations)
- Lifecycle and replacement (vehicle age, adherence to purchase/replacement timelines)
- Manage and prioritize reporting requests from U.S. business units.
- Ensure timely, accurate, and standardized dissemination of information.
- Develop data pipelines and automated reporting processes to minimize manual work.
- Maintain data quality, integrity, and consistency across multiple systems.
- Collaborate with fleet management, finance, and other stakeholders to align reporting with business objectives.
- Support strategic initiatives through operational data analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in BI or data analysis, ideally in fleet management, transportation, or operations.
- Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and best practices in data visualization.
- Experience handling large datasets and integrating data from multiple systems.
- Strong understanding of KPI development, measurement, and operational reporting.
- Excellent communication skills to translate technical data into actionable insights.
- Knowledge of Python for data modeling and automation.
- Familiarity with fleet management systems and telematics data.
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, or similar cloud analytics platforms.
- Experience with real-time analytics tools.
- Knowledge of data governance and lifecycle management.
