
Payload Coordinator (18 Months Contract)

- Implement price point strategy, analyzing market trends, competitor pricing, and customer demand to maximize profitability and maintain a competitive edge
- Review Risk production to ensure target numbers are being met, and addressed to manager
- Assist in the costing of group sales and odd durations
- Maintain flight inventory, duration maintenance to achieve load factor targets
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the Travel Industry
- Analytical: Strong analytical skills are necessary to compare sales trends and determine market data
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are important, as pricing analysts work with team members at all levels, including marketing, product, costings, groups, and the sales centre department
- Detail-oriented: The ability to pay close attention to detail while remaining accurate is crucial in the analysis
- Problem-solving & critical thinking: use problem-solving skills to identify declining sales trends and devise strategies to improve them
- Knowledge of Excel, TTS, and Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Tour Operator experience is an asset along with Product & Destination knowledge
