Full job descriptionStaffmax is looking for a Building Manager to support a high rise apartment building in Winnipeg. The ideal candidate should have experience in the day to day operations and administration of property management.Responsibilities:Arrange and coordinate trade services,Prepare monthly renewal documents,Prepare Owner Reports,Accurate filing of various documents,Ensure internal logs and documents are processed within defined time lines,Payable and receivables accounts are kept current,Properties inspections monthly (vehicle will be required)Provide administrative support to our clients.Market vacant unitsIdentify work/upgrade requirementsHiring caretakersQualificationsFriendly, professional and positive attitude are importantProficiency in Excel and WordProperty Management and Accounting Software experience,

Proven written and verbal communication skills,
Analytical & Time Management skills with the ability to Multi-task,
Ability to work independently,
Attend to phones, faxes and general email inquiries,
Mailing invoices & cheques,
