Work is independent. Leads small-to-medium sized engineering projects or manages technical work packages within cost and quality requirements as assigned and allocates or coordinates work with the project or work package.Nationality RequirementsCandidates must be eligible to obtain the relevant security clearance required for the role, due to the nature of the programmes we deliver for our customers.Job DescriptionPerforms extensive testing and validation of designs to ensure reliability, performance, and safety standards are achieved. Conducts research and studies new technologies to innovate and design solutions or products. Develops solutions and solves complex problems to deliver engineering projects on-time, on-quality, and on-budget directly impacting positive project outcomes for a variety of circumstances. May assume a team lead role for the work group and/or act as a specialist on complex technical and business matters. Develops processes for team and influences decisions by providing advanced technical advice to team(s). Remains current on trends and emerging technologies and tools. May estimate engineering packages of work to identify dependencies and ensure the delivery. Coaches and advises more junior team members.
