We're seeking a motivated and energetic Associate Account Manager to join our Sales team! This is a great opportunity to work closely with an experienced Sales team, develop your skills in B2B sales, and grow your career in Sales and Customer Service. This is a full-time remote position reporting to the VP of Sales & Customer Experience.This is a full-time remote position.   • Work closely with Account Managers to develop an account plan to reach sales targets
  • Ensure the success and retention of our existing customers
  • Communicate Eventbase's product value proposition to customers based on an understanding of their current and future needs
  • Update CRM with deals and account information
  • Renew your assigned customers
  • Upsell your customers to new features and options where applicable
  • Deliver customer presentations to inform them of new features and options
  • Accurately scope client needs for standard product functionality
  • Collaborate with our Solution Engineer team to scope and quote feature enhancements and determine technical requirements
  • Provide regular opportunity pipeline and forecast updates
  • Create Proposals, Statement of Works and Service Agreement contracts
  • Act as Salesforce Administrator / Report Generator
  • Assist Account Managers with their tasks as needed
  • Perform quarterly business reviews with key clients
  • Represent Eventbase at industry trade shows and conferences
What You Bring
  • 1+ years in a B2B customer service or sales driven role
  • Event industry experience is considered an asset
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • A genuine interest in mobile technology
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where change is the only constant
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency using a CRM (Salesforce) and MS PowerPoint is desirable
  • Self-motivated and ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability and willingness to occasionally travel
$50,000 - $55,000 a yearThe salary range for this position is $50,000 - $55,000, annually, plus commission paid out monthly.
