Location: Sparwood, BC
Start Date/Duration: April 20, 2026 - June 26, 2026
Schedule: 40 hours per week, with potential for overtime; Day and Night shifts (12-hour shifts)
Hourly Rate: $47.50 - $59.50, depending on certifications and experience
Travel & Accommodations: Flights and LOA provided
Responsibilities:
Perform various tasked related to maintenance, and repair of industrial machinery and equipment.
Reading and interpreting blueprints
aligning components and ensuring that everything operates correctly.
Routine maintenance checks on machinery to ensure it operates efficiently and safely.
diagnose the issue and perform repairs promptly to minimize downtime and prevent production delays.
Proper alignment of machinery such as shafts, gears, and belts, ensuring they operate smoothly and without excessive wear.
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working with heavy machinery and hazardous materials.
Requirements:
Journeyperson Millwright certification
Current safety certifications as required by client and provincial standards in BC

Ability to solve problems and manage time effectively
Self-motivated and capable of working at a high technical and performance level
Valid driver's license
Clean driver's abstract
Effective communication in English
Additionally, preference will be given to the candidates with the following
Proficiency/experience in trades/industrial settings
Background in mechanical operations
